     Stages of Engagement:
     Each stage is a separate contract/decision for you to proceed:

Analysis: Typically a 1 to 2 week period in which the current situation is studied for potential improvement
and an improvement plan and ROI is developed.

       Project: A 3 to 6 month period in which the changes are designed/tested/installed, staff prepared and
change put in place while progress measurement is implemented.

       Follow-up/Monitoring: For 1 year after project completion, we receive the Weekly Operating Reports
and monitor trends while interacting with your management to understand details.  We make specific
recommendations for adjustments as needed.
