Formed in 1989 with the intent to ensure client staff become self sufficient by the close of an engagement to maintain the improvements attained (at
and as able to continue the rate of improvement after the project completes.  As a result, it is incumbent upon us to be both experts in
operations management  and educators/motivators.  Our goal is to have every client a reference for our work for years after their experience with us.

The Staff
Our staff roster combines management consultants, who all possess management experience outside of consulting, and clinical staff ranging from
physicians, nurses, pharmacists, etc.  Many of our clinical staff come from prior clients and impressed us with their ability to lead change efforts amongst
their peers or co-workers.

One of our differentiators compared to most consultants is that we commit to a particular level of measurable performance being attained within the
operation before we complete a project.  Otherwise, we remain at our cost.  This has never been required in our company history.


As a result, we must design and implement viable process changes and management procedures that will produce the intended
improvements and that the client can maintain.  The client is assured that they will not just be left with a list of recommendations but they
will have a customized implementation producing results that will continue well into the future.
